Every great renovation starts with a vision, even if you’re not quite sure what that vision looks like yet. Our design process is collaborative, thoughtful, and designed to take the overwhelm out of renovating. We’ll help you explore the possibilities, narrow down the details, and create a clear plan for a space that feels like you.

It all starts in your home. We’ll walk through the space together and talk about what’s working, what isn’t, and what you’d love to change. We’ll explore your priorities, how you use the space, potential layouts, and what might be possible within your home.

You don’t need to have it all figured out, that’s what we’re here for.

This is the fun part! Share the spaces, colours, materials, and details you’re drawn to. It can be a few saved photos, screenshots you love, or an entire Pinterest board.

We’ll use your inspiration to better understand your style and begin bringing all those ideas together into one cohesive vision.

Now you get to see your ideas start to take shape. We’ll create an initial design and proposed layout for your space, including ideas for details such as tile, colours, fixtures, finishes, and other key design elements.

At this stage, we’ll also provide an estimate so you can understand the anticipated investment before moving further into the selection process.

Your first design is a starting point, not a final decision. Once you’ve had a chance to look everything over, we want to hear what you love, and what you’d like to change.

We’ll take your feedback and refine the design until the layout, look, and overall direction feel right for you.

Once the overall design is approved, we move into selections and bring the details to life. We’ll guide you through paint colours, tile, flooring, faucets, fixtures, lighting, tubs, cabinetry, hardware, mirrors, and all the other elements that make the space your own.

Where there are different options to consider, we’ll provide pricing so you can make informed decisions that work for both your vision and your budget.

Once your selections are made, we’ll update your design to reflect your final choices. You’ll also receive a detailed overview of your selections, giving you a clear picture of what has been chosen for your renovation.

By the time construction begins, you’ll know exactly where your project is headed—and you’ll be able to visualize the space we’re working toward together.

Now we bring the plan to life! With the design and selections in place, construction can begin.

Renovations can sometimes uncover the unexpected. If something comes up or a decision needs to be made along the way, we’ll discuss it with you before moving forward. Our goal is to keep you informed and involved from the first walkthrough to the finishing touches.
